Here Are Our Steps to Hire Ty for His Professional Services…
At an early stage, we need your specific speaker needs and budget for your meeting or event.
On receiving your verbal confirmation that you want to schedule and confirm Ty Howard as your speaker, we will email to your attention our Client Booking Form so we can get the necessary information from you to outline the agreed-upon details in our client contract and invoice.
Once you have emailed back to us your Client Booking Form information, we will issue you our Formal Speaking Engagement Contract to be signed and returned to us within fourteen (14) business days, with your 50% investment deposit as stated on our formal contract and invoice. InspiraGen Institute, LLC does not and will not consider your date confirmed (or booked) until we receive your signed formal contract and 50% investment deposit in our business office.
The 50% balance due of the agreed upon fee is to be paid to InspiraGen Institute, LLC ten business days before Ty Howard speaks on your campus, in the form of a check. There have been times where Ty has agreed to receive the 50% balance due on the day of a speaking engagement, once he arrives on campus and before he is introduced to speak.
